Nonostante sia legato alla mia città Devo ammettere che la provincia di Ragusa ha sempre una marcia in più. Grazie di tutto Today I went to pick up my Volvo that had some problems. s	skm28 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto fumo e niente arrosto...ho portato la mia volvo (motore a benzina)in assistenza in aprile 2021 per un problema alla valvola egr e al corpo farfallato (trattasi di dover effettuare pulizia,dato che la vettura aveva difficoltà di regime di minimo che ne causava lo spegnimento improvviso)arrivando appositamente da Catania;in reception sono stato accomodato bene, in officina sono stato preso semplicemente in giro,in quanto il meccanico mi ha assicurato di aver svolto accuratamente tale lavoro (per ringraziare ho lasciato al tecnico lauta mancia);arrivato a casa il problema si è ripresentato subito dopo,e smontando da me medesimo i componenti, mi sono accorto che non avevano fatto assolutamente NULLA al riguardo,quindi ho dovuto procedere io per risolvere tale problema;a nulla sono valse telefonate e mail all'azienda, che alla fine ,hanno fatto solo i vaghi,fregandosene altamente;DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE, MAI PIU.... All smoke and no roast ... I took my volvo (petrol engine) to service in April 2021 due to a problem with the egr valve and the throttle body (it was a matter of having to clean it, as the car was having difficulty idling which caused the sudden shutdown) arriving on purpose from Catania; at the reception I was well accommodated, in the workshop I was simply made fun of, as the mechanic assured me that he had carried out this work carefully (to thank I left the technician a large tip ); when I got home the problem reappeared immediately afterwards, and when I disassembled the components myself, I realized that they had done absolutely NOTHING about it, so I had to proceed to solve this problem; phone calls and emails were useless. to the company, which in the end only made the vague, caring highly; TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID, NEVER AGAIN ....
