★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo entrati nello show room, nessun cenno di presenza o cortesia, molti impiegati seduti ed una commessa indaffarata con un cliente. Dopo 10 minuti di "nulla" decidiamo di andare via. Poco distante tante altre concessionarie.
 We entered the show room, no sign of presence or courtesy, many seated employees and a busy saleswoman with a customer. After 10 minutes of "nothing" we decide to leave. Not far away many other dealerships.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo in vacanza e ci si é rotto il cambio del nostro van vw del 92. Ci siamo recati quindi presso l officina vw più vicina dove dopo un primo check ci dicono che non ci possono aiutare e consigliano di recarci a Catania per risolvere il problema (tengo a precisare che avendo giusto appunto il cambio rotto potevamo solo viaggiare in terza e in quarta)
Ora io ringrazio,perché mi hanno dato la possibilità di trovare un altro meccanico che ci ha tranquillizzati dicendoci subito che era una cosa risolvibile, in poche ore ci ha trovato il pezzo di ricambio e in due giorni (tempo che il pezzo arrivasse) ci ha permesso di continuare il nostro viaggio, però da un officina vw un servizio così non me lo aspettavo.
We were on vacation and the gearbox of our vw van of 92 broke. We then went to the nearest vw workshop where after a first check they tell us that they cannot help us and advise us to go to Catania to solve the problem ( I would like to clarify that having just the broken gearbox we could only travel in third and fourth gear)
Now I thank them, because they gave me the opportunity to find another mechanic who reassured us by telling us immediately that it was something that could be solved, in a few hours he found us the spare part and in two days (time for the piece to arrive) he allowed to continue our journey, but from a vw workshop a service like this I did not expect.

Un 10 lo merita tutta la struttura in particolare la signorina che stamattina alle 08:30 mi ha ricevuto. Gentile, paziente, attenta. Molto professionale. Infine esprimo apprezzamento per la puntualità del servizio nei tempi. Cosa non da poco.

A 10 deserves the whole structure in particular the young lady who received me this morning at 08:30. Kind, patient, careful. Very professional. Finally, I express my appreciation for the punctuality of the service on time. Not a small thing.
