Horrible service. Extremely rude. I understand if they cannot help, but the way we were treated was unbelievable, including by the manager. Went to another Vodafone outside the tourist area (next closest to the east) and they were great, very helpful to tell us what we could do. This franchise does not deserve your business, go anywhere else!

I have never had such a bad experience at any phone company in my entire life. I went in for a sim card and the man who said he was the manager explained how it is $160 for four months. But that was not the case. At various times when I had the sim card in, vodafone would shut off my phone and nothing would send, work, or load. It would only work on Wifi and I could not make calls. When I go to pay and add more money (for some reason), it does not allow me to pay with a card, and I am forced to pay with paypal. I can add 20 more euros one day and the next week, my phone would stop working. When I went to this establishment about it, all they do is tell me that I have to pay more, when at the beginning, they said the original 160 was all I had to pay. This is ridiculous and outrageous. They overcharge people and scam people for more money. I took out the sim card as soon as this issue happened again because I refuse to give more money to such a horrible company. I do not reccomend. If abroad, get an international phone plan before you leave, do not use vodafone. 0/10.

We got two sim cards. Staff was friendly and quickly helped us. This is a very busy sight yet they quickly took care of us. Cards worked great and the package was better than I found online.

The staff inside the shop was friendly. Aside from that, we were very dissatisfied with the service. Our contract was unilaterally canceled by Vodafone without a reason being provided. Therefore we never received the hardware necessary to use the service. We thought that this would be the end of it, but sure enough they started and continued charging us, so we had to chase after our money. Also be prepared that the staff might try to upsell you on services you probably dont need. But I guess that this is somewhat expected in a store like this.

actually the worst store ever. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. They don't even deserve one star. I've had to visit the store location on De Martelli multiple times because my phone randomly shuts off even after I have paid to keep it on. I paid 160 euros upfront to allow my phone to work for the 4 months, but my phone kept getting shut off. I paid 20 euros to keep it on, and then 4 days later, it shut off, so I had to pay another 20 euros. Each time I go in, the guy with the mohawk who works there gaslights me that I should be having to pay this amount which makes no sense. If you are an abroad student, I highly recommend just doing an international phone plan with your original network. 0/10 I would never recommend Vodafone

This phone company is horrible. They told us that we would need to pay 160 for the entire time we are abroad and that would be all. Every few weeks, however, our phones would shut off unexpectedly and we could not access anything. This is very unsafe for young girls who are constantly traveling. This company takes advantage of tourists and lies about the costs in the plan. Additionally, when I tried to make a payment, I had to make it through paypal, which I do not have and had to contact someone else to make the payment for me. This company probably put a bug on my phone. Very disappointed. Would not recommend

The shop is located in the centre of Florence. I had a fantastic experience here where the staff was helpful and friendly. They helped with everything I needed both at the shop and later on when I called them on the phone. They have great offers for tourists as well. I would definitely recommend to those that wish to get a SIM card during their visit to Italy!

One of the worst customer services experiences I have had in 50 years of traveling! I purchased 2 months of service from a Vodafone store in Venice but for 20 days was unable to make calls with their SIM. I came to this store in Florence hoping they would quickly solve the issue. I spoke with a someone who called herself "the Manager". First she claimed that my phone had a problem! Then she said I should go to Venice where I purchased the SIM, because each store is a separate franchise and therefore she could not help me in her store! Then she tried to sell me a new SIM! Finally she just walked away from the desk and disappeared! I decided to go to another Vodafone store next to the train station at Santa Maria Novella. There in 2 minutes a representative simply removed and replaced the SIM, turned my phone on and off, and it began to work properly on their Vodafone network. Even though this store provided a solution quickly, I had to stand for 1 hour to get service! There were only 2 representatives, and they were engaged with 2 customers for almost an hour. In the USA where I am an AT & T Mobility customer, the tasks they completed in an hour would have taken 10 minutes!
