Dopo un primo tentativo di contratto andato male (febbraio 2020), quando mi è stato attivato il servizio con il secondo contratto mi sono state addebitate cifre per una SIM mai richiesta, per la quale sono al terzo tentativo di disdetta, mi continua ad essere addebitato un costo in bolletta di un servizio mai usufruito.
L'unica risposta avuta presso il negozio è stata di farmi contattare dal 159, i cui operatori sono però inutili.
Questa cosa va avanti da giugno 2020, ovvero 11 mesi. Imbarazzanti.

The only response I received at the shop was to have 159 contact me, but their operators are useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestore maleducato e scorbutico. Non ha risolto il mio problema, ha alzato la voce più volte e quando ho chiesto di abbassare i toni mi ha detto che potevo andarmene. Quando ho detto non era corretto il suo comportamento e che lo avrei segnalato alla Wind mi ha risposto "mi importa una sega".
Vergognoso.
Rude and grumpy manager. It didn't solve my problem, he raised his voice several times and when I asked to lower the tone he told me I could leave. When I said his behavior was not correct and that I would have reported him to the Wind he replied "I care a saw".
Shameful.
