★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratto firmato a gennaio e linea non ancora attivata. Ho chiamato per chiedere supporto e mi hanno rimandato al 155 anche in maniera sgarbata. Una volta firmato il contratto vi lasciano a voi stessi se ci sono problemi. Meglio attivare il tutto online almeno si risparmia.
 Contract signed in January and line not yet activated. I called to ask for support and they sent me back to the 155 also in a rude way. Once the contract is signed they leave you to yourself if there are problems. Better to activate everything online at least you save.

The staff is courteous, professional, always with a smile and willing and available to solve any problem unlike that of Casellina on the Via Pisana now unlike when Maurizio was there .... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delusione ,per lavoro sono dovuta passare a Vodafone e la tre stessa mi ha staccato la rete. Telefonica nonostante avessi pagato,bel modo ti trattare il cliente . Il ragazzo poi era in difficoltà e non sapeva come muoversi, non ha fatto quasi niente per risolvere il problema .
Ogni volta manca il servizio,non prende mai ,e i server sono sempre in blocco .
