Non capisco perchè per fare un cambio di contratto di una ricaricabile la Vodafon vuole che sia fatto tramite numero verde, considerando che ti risponde l'assistente vocale la Vodafon meriterebbe 0 stelle

E' riuscita a risolvere un problema che durava più di 20 giorni e che NESSUNO di tutti gli operatori ed assistenti tecnici del 190 riusciva a risolvere (non funzionavano più i dati nel cellulare)!Avevo provato di tutto e l'assistenza telefonica non faceva altro che dare le stesse risposte senza mai risolvere il problema, per 20 GIORNI, mandandomi addirittura a fare il controllo assistenza del cellulare! (Il cellulare funzionava con i controlli SIM incrociati) Questo era l'ultimatum che davo a Vodafone e devo ammettere che ero andato con la convinzione di uscire dal negozio e cambiare gestore. Se continuo in Vodafone è solo grazie a Sarah
Sarah was simply wonderful! She managed to solve a problem that lasted more than 20 days and that NONE of all the operators and technical assistants of the 190 could solve (the data in the mobile phone no longer worked)! I had tried everything and the telephone assistance did nothing else than giving the same answers without ever solving the problem, for 20 DAYS, even sending me to do the assistance check of the mobile phone! (Cell phone worked with SIM cross checks) This was the ultimatum I gave to Vodafone and I have to admit that I went with the conviction to leave the store and change operator. If I continue at Vodafone it is only thanks to Sarah

È stata la Noemi che ha fatto tutto in 10 secondi e funzionava tutto. È stata fantastica Di sicuro ha salvato un cliente. Tornerei sicuramente da loro
After a week of phone calls to 190 I could not activate the data connection to my iPhone I wanted to go back to the old manager but first I decided to try it in a vodafone shop as well. It was Noemi who did it all in 10 seconds and everything worked. She was amazing.Sure she saved a customer. I would definitely go back to them
