Nel mio negozio si servono moltissime persone non italiane e non ho mai ricevuto la sensazione che qualcuno si sia sentito offeso perché tale, e forse è anche per questo motivo che continuano ad essere miei clienti, insieme a tanti italiani. Ho abbandonato tutto e non ho acquistato più nulla. Poi non vi lamentate se nessuno viene a comprare da voi ma si rivolge a catene di negozi. Non fate orario continuato, non lavorate nei festivi, fate una pausa pranzo con chiusura esercizio di tre ore.. Siete voi che abbattete il commercio non i centri commerciali. Il cliente va ascoltato e seguito, trattato bene altrimenti non compra e non torna. Imparate!
