★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le richieste dei clienti vengono soddisfatte in tempi non certo celeri, di conseguenza anche per una semplice stampa o rilegatura può capitare di aspettare per un tempo a mio avviso eccessivo. I clienti andrebbero serviti in maniera smart e rapida, magari affidandosi al proprio "multitasking" cognitivo.
Customer requests are met in times that are certainly not rapid, so even for simple printing or binding it can happen to wait too long in my opinion. Customers should be served in a smart and fast way, perhaps relying on their cognitive "multitasking".

Tempi di attesa biblici per essere "servito".

SHAMEFUL to charge 6 € for 10 A4 prints of a descriptive report with words or Excel tables, for which only some pages had either a very small color logo or the 'name and surname' of the writer and all the remaining page in b / w : it is scandalous.
Biblical waiting times to be "served".

Non lo consiglio, si prendono responsabilità che non riescono a mantenere, inoltre risponde con arroganza quando sa benissimo di non avere ragione.

Sconsigliatissimo a chiunque abbia fretta (come il sottoscritto, che ha finito con l'arrivare al ritardo a un appuntamento di lavoro). Personale gentile, ci mancherebbe, ma 15 minuti per avere una stampa sono un'enormità.
An exasperating slowness. Between a click of the mouse and the other long minutes of reflection. Not recommended for anyone in a hurry (like myself, who ended up being late for a business appointment). Friendly staff, God forbid, but 15 minutes to get a print is a huge amount.
