★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli uffici sono ben organizzati ed il personale e' gentile e competente ; l' ambiente e' bello con davanti un giardino con panchine , l' unico problema se si arriva in auto e' trovare un parcheggio.
The offices are well organized and the staff is kind and competent; the environment is beautiful with a garden with benches in front of it, the only problem if you arrive by car is to find a parking space.

Avevo diversi certificati da fare e volevo ringraziare l'impiegata che con competenza e gentilezza, cosa rara di questi tempi, ha fatto sì che tutto si risolvesse in tempi brevi evitandomi anche grazie al suo interessamento di dover andare a fare un documento presso un altra sede.Grazie.

I had several certificates to do and I wanted to thank the employee who with skill and kindness, which is rare in these times, made sure that everything was resolved in a short time avoiding me also thanks to his interest in having to go to make a document at another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il problema più grande è trovare da parcheggiare. Poi si deve considerare che ci sono giorni e orari in cui si fanno le code.
Io ho sperimentato che andando il giovedì mattina verso le 10,30 non ho dovuto aspettare più di cinque minuti. Il personale è comunque disponibile. Ricordarsi che se si va all'apertura, e si richiede un certificato a pagamento, si deve portare il denaro contante e preciso, perché l'operatore non ha una cassa e di conseguenza non dà il resto.
The biggest problem is finding parking. Then we must consider that there are days and times in which queues are made.
I have experienced that going on Thursday morning around 10.30 I didn't have to wait more than five minutes. The staff are however helpful. Remember that if you go to the opening, and you require a paid certificate, you have to bring cash and precise money, because the operator does not have a cash and therefore does not give the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna! Nelle aree cani di Campo di Marte manca l'acqua da più di un mese! Per i cani si deve portate l'acqua da casa! Quando farete l'inaugurazione della nuova area vi fischieremo! Avete messo solo 3 panchine e pericolose per i cani!
