Sportello al pubblico solo il lun mattina e il giov pom., informazioni date in modo incompleto (non esistono depliant informativi degli iter da seguire per le pratiche più comuni), si deve andare a prendere il numerino per lo sportello nel palazzo di fianco...sembra di essere in una realtà aliena a ogni logica di buon senso. Per aprire una pratica per fare il patentino di guida ho dovuto fare le credenziali per accedere al suap (in parte online, in parte andare di persona), fare email certificata (online a pagamento), fare firma digitale (in parte online e in parte di persona all'ufficio postale, a pagamento). Inoltre ho dovuto pagare 30 euro direttamente all'ufficio per il patentino, per un totale di circa 80 euro, per poi passare a ritirare il patentino solo in quei rari momenti in cui l'ufficio è aperto. Mi chiedo se davvero con l'informatizzazione dei servizi questi siano davvero migliorati. I had twice the need to license for a tour guide and both times it was an ordeal. Information desk only on Mondays and Thursdays, information given in an incomplete way (there are no information leaflets for the procedures to follow for the most common practices), you must go and get the number for the door in the building next door .. .seems to be in a reality alien to any logic of common sense. To open a practice to make the driving license I had to do the credentials to access the suap (partly online, partly go in person), send certified emails (online for a fee), make a digital signature (partly online and partly in person at the post office, for a fee). Furthermore, I had to pay 30 euros directly to the license office, for a total of about 80 euros, and then move on to collect the license only in those rare moments when the office is open. I wonder if these really have improved with the computerization of services.

Oltretutto è sempre difficile trovare la linea anche in quei giorni. Aggiungiamoci che il personale non è in grado di aiutare in nessun modo e che il sito è fatto davvero male, direi senza ombra di dubbio il peggior SUAP d'Italia. Una stella perché non è possibile dare meno. It is inconceivable that the SUAP of a city like Florence is available by telephone only for two days a week and for a few hours. Moreover, it is always difficult to find the line even in those days. Let's add that the staff is unable to help in any way and that the site is really bad, I would say without a doubt the worst SUAP in Italy. A star because it is not possible to give less.
