★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a tennis shop that pretty much has a monopoly position in Florence. The staff surely acts that way. Arrogance is the nicest term I could think of. Worst service that I have ever experienced. I do not know what planet these people live on... I will never go there again. I would advise shopping on line as an alternative, I will in any case.
