La nostra esperienza di matrimonio con Irene e Bianco Bouquet è stata straordinaria! Irene è stata disponibile, attenta a ogni nostra esigenza e a tutti i dettagli del matrimonio, malgrado i nostri numerosi ripensamenti. Ha saputo realizzare le nostre idee rispecchiando esattamente i nostri gusti e anche ispirarci soluzioni brillanti quando eravamo indecisi. Durante l’evento tutto il team è stato efficiente, professionale e invisibile. È stato un momento magico anche a grazie a loro.

Abbiamo contattato Bianco Bouquet dopo un'esperienza infelice con un'altra wedding planner, e devo dire che questa volta abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo. Costanza è professionale, puntuale e precisa; insieme a Simona ci ha assistito nella scelta di tutti i fornitori rispettando le nostre preferenze e i nostri gusti e consigliandoci al meglio. Mio marito è americano, e Costanza e Simona ci hanno aiutati a sbrigare tutte le pratiche burocratiche del caso (che sono state molte e complicate!) comunicando con lui in inglese. Ci hanno anche aiutati ad organizzare un welcome cocktail per la sera prima e dei tour delle cantine toscane per gli invitati. Il giorno del matrimonio sono state al nostro fianco coordinando perfettamente la giornata. Grazie a loro abbiamo davvero avuto il matrimonio dei nostri sogni senza stressarci e ci siamo potuti godere la giornata. Costanza is extremely precise, professional and punctual; her and Simona helped us choosing every vendor and we were very happy with all of them. We're an italian-american couple and they also helped us with the paperwork we needed to get in order to get married. They also helped us planning a welcome cocktail the night before the wedding and some tours of the vineyards in Tuscany for the american guests. We got married in July 2019 – Costanza and her team were an essential cornerstone to our planning and of course on the actual day! We had 3 days of celebrations with multiple events. All of them went so smoothly I actually cannot think of anything I would want to change. We had interviewed many wedding planners before we found her – her professionalism and dedication won us over! We really relied on her experience/judgement – she gave us great advice (ie show cooking our wedding cake!! A huge hit with our guests). She was able to understand exactly what we wanted (a casual but elegant Tuscan wedding). Costanza always remained calm during stressful moments and is very responsive on whatsapp/emails. She also has some great vendors – even when we spoke to them they said that they also love working together with her since she is so organized! I guess that’s the ultimate good sign that even the vendors want to work with her. On the day of, with wedding nerves flying through us, she always remained easy going and kept saying “don’t worry – just relax”. Seeing her take control of everything really allowed us to enjoy our special day. We couldn’t imagine trying to do this without her help! We really felt like we were a team and everything simply “Just worked”.

Costanza and her team were instrumental in organizing our destination wedding, in Sicily, Italy. We've completely relied on her proposals, visiting the suppliers, as we're remotely located (in Dubai, UAE) from the wedding destination and we could only visit once the location! The delivery was perfect, no bad surprises or last minute changes, and our guest enjoyed a unique experience. Bianco Bouquet team was on top of the all the deliverables. Throughout the process, Costanza was responsive on WhatsApp, email and phone calls. Thanks again, and highly recommend!

We were really happy and pleased by working with Costanza from Bianco Bouquet. Our wedding was in April 2019 in Capri. At first, we were really worried as we were planning for a destination wedding where you can’t have a close eye over what you want and you can’t guarantee how accurate things would be. Honestly, in this matter, Costanza did an incredible job in making things very organized. She would take photos and communicate with all the vendors for us. We just go through all the options and make the choice. She worked very hard to match our requirements with our budget plan. All I remember how flexible she was at the times when I was super picky with things. We did everything though Bianco Bouquet and we’ve never regretted the choice. It worths mentioning as well that we got to know about Bianco Bouquet from a friend of my husband who attended a wedding that was organized by Bianco Bouquet, and he was amazed by the organization and the attention to the details. Costanza provided a lot of great ideas, being herself from Italy, I found it very helpful. She provided a lot of input in everything designs, colors, ideas and even food options that added a lot to the Italian vibes. Our wedding was a memorable experience for everyone. We, ourselves, were impressed as everything was beyond what we have expected. “A very luxurious wedding “ as everyone described it. We were very happy and satisfied. Costanza and her team were with us until the very last moments of the wedding and even helped with arranging everything after wedding so we did not have to think about anything after a long long night of dancing. All what we carried with us is laughter, happiness and satisfaction. Working with Costanza and her team at Bianco Bouquet was the single best decision we made when planning our wedding. Located in New York and planning a wedding in Tuscany, choosing the right wedding planner was very important to us and altogether, we interviewed 6 different planners. Some planners tried to slot us into a particular “standard” type of wedding based on our dates and budget. When we would describe something outside of the “standard”, they would try to dissuade us or say that it simply wasn’t “how things were done.” Costanza, on the other hand, stood out from the beginning. From the first phone call, she took the time to listen and understand our vision and priorities. She showed patience and flexibility throughout the process, but also leveraged her experience and expertise to give us direction when we needed it. She understood us and our vision, so we trusted her guidance. Perhaps most impressively, Costanza and her team were responsive and solutions-oriented. We were always able to reach Costanza when we needed her and when, inevitably, there were planning roadblocks along the way, she was always able to tackle them with creativity and resourcefulness, often going above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend working with Costanza at Bianco Bouquet. We could not have planned the perfect wedding without her.

Bianco Bouquet (Irene!) and I worked together for over a year planning my dream Tuscan wedding. She was such a pleasure to work with--responsive, strategic, budget-oriented, and a great eye for design. The vendors she secured were all fabulous--flowers, hair, makeup, venue and FOOD! My 60 guests were blown away by the beauty and detail they experienced across our 3 day celebration. Everything went flawlessly on my big day and my husband and I could not have been happier.
