★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato 4 valigie rigide, di cui 3 in offerta, per un viaggio a New York. Ne è sopravvissuta solo una, guarda caso quella comprata a prezzo pieno. Delle tre in offerta: una addirittura si è aperta completamente all'altezza delle ruote dopo il solo viaggio di andata, e comunque tutte e tre avevano la placchetta di chiusura TSA montata alla rovescia e le linguette delle cerniere che non entravano nella chiusura.
Pur riconoscendo che alcune compagnie aeree non indossano davvero i guanti bianchi quando maneggiano i nostri bagagli, sono convinta che la fibra delle valigie Happyway non sia adatta a viaggi lunghi in aereo.
Quando ho riportato due valigie al negozio, spiegando l'accaduto e chiedendo che almeno le placchette venissero rimontate correttamente, la commessa è stata scostante e ha addossato tutta la responsabilità alla compagnia aerea, senza riconoscere il difetto di fabbricazione.
Risultato: hanno tenuto le valigie un mese per la riparazione ma le placche di chiusura presentano gli stessi problemi di NON CHIUSURA e una placca è perfino staccata alla base. Esperienza assolutamente da non ripetere, quasi trecento euro buttati.
I bought 4 hard suitcases, including 3 on offer, for a trip to New York. Only one survived, coincidentally the one bought at full price. Of the three on offer: one even opened completely at the height of the wheels after the single journey, and in any case all three had the TSA locking plate mounted upside down and the hinge tabs that did not enter the closure.
While acknowledging that some airlines don't really wear white gloves when handling our bags, I am convinced that Happyway suitcase fiber is not suitable for long air travel.
When I brought two suitcases back to the shop, explaining what had happened and asking that at least the plates be reassembled correctly, the clerk was unfriendly and placed all the responsibility on the airline, without acknowledging the manufacturing defect.
Result: they kept the cases for a month for repair but the locking plates have the same problems as NON CLOSING and one plate is even detached at the base. Experience absolutely not to be repeated, almost three hundred euros thrown away.
