I bought a small rucksack from the Jeep range and fortunately I bought it in the sale. The quality is in fact poor and the stitching is ualready coming undone. Very disappointed.
 I bought a small Jeep backpack and luckily I bought it at a discount. Very low quality. I have only used it twice and already the seam is going away. Very disappointing.

There's also older white guy that throws the luggage against a wall and slams it on the ground to prove how strong the luggage is. He was delightful. Keep slamming, guy!
The female staff in this store, however, were horrendous. No patience, and very snobby.
My luggage broke while traveling, and I called this company to see if they could repair it. I understood that my bag did not come from Carpisa, so I wasn't upset when they said they couldn't fix it. But they didn't have to make me feel like dirt.
It was January 23rd, 2019, around 11am. There was obviously a communication failure with the 2 rude women working that day, so I walked my broken bag back through the streets, and got the staff at my hostel to explain the situation over the phone.
I was ready to purchase luggage, but the rude women made me feel like I should take my money somewhere else. Mohammad eventually made me change my opinion, and I left Florence with a new Carpisa luggage. It's been great luggage so far with no regrets!
But I am not happy with those 2 rude ladies. Shame on you. That's not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this shop with a sales man whose name I do not have unfortunately. We went out of curiosity because of the great display of colors and variety of bags and were not disappointed. The bags are very practical and also stylish at affordable prices. The sales guy had patience with us and showed us all we wanted to see and more. We ended up buying 3 bags and two wallets and received an extra item for free. Highly recommend for the service and products.
