We bought 3 shirts (those for tourists for € 10), two of which, after the first wash, the prints came off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La proprietaria del negozio, che si atteggia a donna gentile e perbene, è una persona priva dell'educazione e del rispetto verso i turisti: si è permessa di fingere di lavare il gradino del suo negozio (vuoto!!!) con un mocio completamente impregnato d'acqua per intimare la gente che consumava Street food sul marciapiede antistante che in realtà è suolo pubblico. Quando le persone che sono state bagnate hanno le hanno fatto notare il gestaccio, ha chiamato i Vigili Urbani che le hanno dato palesemente torto invitando i turisti lesi a sporgere denuncia.... Donna priva di buone maniere, diffidate!
The owner of the shop, who poses as a kind and respectable woman, is a person without education and respect towards tourists: she allowed herself to pretend to wash the step of her shop (empty !!!) with a mop completely impregnated with water to order people who ate Street food on the sidewalk in front of it which is actually public land. When the people who have been wet have pointed out the gesture, she called the traffic police who clearly gave her wrong by inviting the injured tourists to file a complaint .... Woman without good manners, beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place ever. I entered with my wife to buy and the old lady working there treated us badly because we had children with us or maybe because my wife is wearing hijab. Nice bag designs but bad manners and attitude. The worst experience in florence.
