Pricing, quality customer service etc. The owner actually escorted us to a very reputable restaurant to have a real steak Florentine and spoke of all the history we were passing one the way like a personal guided tour. Go here first, and rest easy. My jacket was custom made and fedex to the states. Great experience!! I will never forget!!

The apparent owner quoted us a price for a jacket and we said we needed some time to think about it. When we ultimately decided to buy the jacket she told us the final total was the quoted price PLUS 22% sales tax on top which is absolute garbage. Euro prices usually include sales tax in their posted prices and it is NOT added after. So our final coat price was nearly 100 euro over the quoted price. We argued with her about it briefly but she kept saying that was how it worked and we did want the jacket so we gave up. After talking to some other locals, they confirmed that this is in no way how it works. So PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU DECIDE TO SHOP HERE. Do not let them take advantage of you. We wish we were firmer and just walked away when they tried to dupe us.
M	Margie Shapiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a "custom made" jacket from Roberto at Calzaiuoli. Spent an hour in their shop while they took exact measurements of my body. The jacket was ridiciuosly expensive. It took over a month to get here and when it did, it was too small and pulling at the top and way too large from the waist down and 3" too long. I called the store imeadiately and they told me that I would not get a refund. They had me take extensive pictures, give measurements of what was off and promised to send a return FedEx label to send the jacket back. It's been almost a month and I have either emailed or called every day to get the return label. Every day they tell me that the label will be emailed to me in a few hours. They refuse to credit my charge back to the card and said that if they could not remake it right, they would give me a store credit. We will never be going back to Italy. They said we could go to a store in Chicago. We live in Colorado and have no reason or the time to travel there. I wish I had known in advance what a nightmere this transaction would end being. I would never purchase anything from this unreputable company again. We still have not received the return label. Its now almost 1 year. No refund, no jacket replacement. Do not buy from this disreputable company. RIP OFF, Theives
