We asked whether they have a new one for a purse since the other one seems to have some big scratches (almost like a coin size). the staff told me the purse was perfect until we touched it. And when I asked whether she meant I made the damage to the pause, she said yes (we barely touched the purse). We left the store immediately and will never purchase anything from the store

β β β β β Bought a great purse that is made by a saddle maker in Tuscany. The staff was friendly (ish) and helpful with filling out the VAT forms, etc.
The purses here run about 385 Euro and up, and the leather is good quality and should hold up to wear.
