★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza davvero sgradevole, sono a Firenze come turista e sono passata da questo negozio per un regalo last minute prima del ritorno a casa, la prima cosa che no mi è andata molto giù sono stati i cartelli con su scritto "pigiami da 12 €" con la foto di un pigiama completo, ho cercato aiuto e mi hanno liquidato con "solo il pantalone costa così " e già li me ne sarei andata... ho chiesto aiuto per l'intimo e mi hanno condotto ad una parete dicendomi "cerca qualcosa qua" non aiutandomi su Taglie ne nulla... insomma personale molto sgradevole a mio parere.
Really unpleasant experience, I am in Florence as a tourist and I went to this shop for a last minute gift before returning home, the first thing that didn't go down well was the signs that said "12 € pajamas" with the photo of a complete pajama, I sought help and they dismissed me with "only the trousers cost like this" and already there I would have gone ... I asked for help with the underwear and they led me to a wall saying "look for something here "not helping me on Sizes or anything ... in short, very unpleasant staff in my opinion.

Staff very polite and helpful, shop tidy and clean despite the high flow of petsonr. Prices in balance with the national trend even in the very central position. Super recommended the brand for the quality of the products and this point of sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I was the owner of this place I would sack all of the staff. Standing in a long line waiting to pay with one server attending to people very slowly while 2 other servers standing around doing nothing. Very poor customer service. Ended up walking out and going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some underpants for myself during a trip last year. They were on sale so very cheap. I've been still satisfying with their design and quality but there is a problem; Size. I think Tezenis doesn't follow common size standards because I am really NOT comfortable with M size of Tezenis. Maybe I simply bought wrong size but I usually buy(wear) M size regardless of (local or global) brands.
