 I went to this shop to ask for a bag repair. What to say: very kind, punctual, helpful and passionate. Also in the shop there is a wide selection of items that are difficult to find at retailers. Highly recommended

There are Chinese-speaking staff in the store, the service is good, and the goods are complete! And the store network is slower, the clerk will provide you with a password and wifi

β β β β β It was my third time stopped by this store. Iβm a fan of Le Pliage Collection ?. It will be even better if they can avoid starting conversation with me in Chinese (well being Asian doesnβt mean Iβm Chinese ?). Sorry for put it in but honestly I just hate that every store staffs start to speak Chinese without asking which languages their customers speak. Itβs truest annoyed. Except that, everything else is fine, their customer services are great, better than some other Longchamp stores I used to go before, well they can even do better if they cN stop the wrong language greeting thing.

The attendant is very friendly and make the browsing experience less stressful. Patiently & clearly explain with what is required for the tax refund.
