★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst. I went in with the intention of buying shirts but they were too busy talking. They gave me a shirt to try on instead of measuring. When I told her the fit was wrong she went back to folding a sweater and abandoned everything else. I’d make my own shirt before I went back here....what a joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are dishonest. They did not tell us about the tax refund that we were eligible for. I would not have minded if this was the norm. However, every other store we purchased merchandise from was very transparent about this. We went back 3 days later to inquire about this at the store and suddenly nobody spoke English at the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yesterday for the first time I walked into this store to buy shirts. I found two shirts, one with blue stripes and the other green .. each at 30 euros. the seller assured me that all the shirts in that row were 30 euros. I asked him to bring me the ones to my size, when he got back he did not find the one with green stripes. no problem, he replaced it for me with another model of shirt with wide blue stripes in addition to the one with thin blue stripes. I decided to do both. I went to the cash desk and once I have paid I take the receipt and realize that I paid for the shirt with small blue stripes at 35 euros instead of 30. I ask the question, the embarrassed seller, who does not had not even let me see the receipt because he quickly put it in the bag, only found as an argument for this overbilling the fact that he had forgotten to tell me that it was a new model !!! whereas at the beginning he assured me that all the shirts stored there were at 30 euros, and that the same at green stripes same price !!! it is not the 5 euros that will make me rich, but the scam! he lied to me! In addition, the prices are not displayed inside! in the window there is only a tiny little sign of the price of four items! I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can buy Italian style shirt, jacket and suits. The price is reasonable and staff was kind when I asked about something about suits. It is very close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, so you can go to this shop while you are there.

I was trying different colors and saved them in the fit room after discovering myself the size (assistant help never come) I went for 2 mins to get a new size and when I was back the assistant brought back the 2 suits I’ve already selected… finally I lost 45 mins of my time and instead of 3 suits I bought 0 suits.
With that service you are going to bring the business to the ruin.
