Bought a pair of expensive pants this morning and wanted to return in the afternoon due to a change of mind but massimo dutti does not accept refunds. Unacceptable for a top level brand. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really weird staff members. You have to understand not everyone comes here to just browse and they will actually buy something if they like it. We went to exchange some stuff and they behaved as if we were freebies. Or maybe they’re just racists!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person at the store was not able to process a refund properly. The staff must have been trained before handling a customer. The company has one of the worst customer service. It seems that it is impossible to get my money back after returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst experience ever !! i ordered 6 shirts in 26/7 the order should arrive at 29/7
today 14/8 ,guess what 1 shirt arrived
almost 20 days to deliver inside Europe from spain to italy !!! and still not enough
i called the call center and sent emails with no results.
even i called today to cancel the order they said “no” you need to wait because you received already 1 shirt which is apart of the package !!
am really frustrated and don’t advise anyone to make an online order at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mean and arrogant shop assistants, they tried to hide something I wanted to buy without any reason, thinking I was a fool and that the product just disappeared by it self. Massimo Dutti is closing pretty much all over Italy, and they can't even hire someone kind and qualified to sell clothes. Crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make you pay 0.35 euro for a bag which is free in other shops. The personnel at the register works with the same speed that a snail has. Limited number of items. Better to shop online although overall the quality has dropped significantly in the past years, Massimo Dutti is now what Zara has been 10 years ago.
