β β β β β Went to Michael Kors store in Florence. The store attendant (a guy) keep changing the price and actually lied to my face about the discounts (I have just went into that store and talked with another shop attendant so I knew the price). I was asking about Savannah bag (375 β¬), the girl told me it was on 50% discount. I went to another store and went back to Michael Kors within 1 hour. The guy attendant told me it was not on sale, and later changed his words into 30%. But at first, he insisted that the bag was not on discount. There's a scarf around the bag and he told me that the bag didn't come with the scarf and blablabla the lies went on. It happened on 23 June 2017, 15:15 local time. Shame on him really. I am truly disgusted by the way they do business.

β β β β β Stopped at Michael Kors, Florence, yesterday. I did not intend on making a purchase then and wanted to check something first before making a purchase in Milan.
The store assistant by the name of Gabriele (Chinese male) was amazing.
He was pleasant and very patient with all my questions (I had tons).
I was very happy with the service received from Gabriele that I decided his effort was worth purchasing something, which I did.
Super happy, great experience!
