I rated them one star but they don’t even deserve one single star. The Footlocker store in Florence has the worst staffs ever. On the first day I entered the store and the staff came to tell me to not keep enter and exit their store. Which I took it lightly. The next day I entered their store again, wanting to buy a shoes from their store, and to my dismay I was treated rudely by their staff. He said to me “don’t touch the shoes” and told me to ask him if I have any questions about the shoes. How the hell do they expect me to buy a shoes without touching and feeling the quality of the shoes? Fricking terrible customer service and I will never buy from them! You don’t even deserve a star!

Good service and good amount of Kicks

Horrible experience and worst customer service I have ever had. I went in to talk about an issue with shoes I bought there 1 month ago and instead was sworn at in Italian by one of the guys who continued to yell at me. The other worker yelled at him for swearing at me when all I wanted to ask was one simple question and instead I was so disrespected, I packed my shoes up and left. If you want quality service, I would go to another store instead. The shoes they have in there can be found all over the city so don't feel like you're missing out by not going there.

BE CAREFUL!!!! They change the price if you are tourist. They said the price advertised in the shoes was wrong and asked me to pay more. I never saw that anywhere in the World. If you advertise a price you MUST keep it. The money isn’t the major problem, the issue here is HONESTY. I Left with my young daughter disappointed. I will look for a different brand shop to buy it.

Entered the store with my family in search for a pair of sneakers for my little 15 year old sister, and was greeted by a very rude staff member. From the very beginning, the staff made it blatantly clear that he was annoyed that 4 people (my family and I) were in the store. We noticed that he kept complaining to other customers about us and pointing to us, as though annoyed at the fact that we were all together in the store. When we asked for the right shoe size for my sister, he suddenly came up to us and snatched the shoe from my sister's hand while she was admiring it. And when we requested to see another pair of shoes, he took his time to find them as well. While my sister was deciding which pair of shoes we wanted, he simply snatched one of the shoes away from us without asking. In between all of this, we decided to sit down for a bit to let my sister decide if she wanted the shoes, but (surprise, surprise) the same staff came to us and simply snapped his fingers and made hand gestures to ask us to get up so that another customer can sit down to try on their shoes. We got so fed up by the very poor customer service and lack of professionalism, that we decided to leave the store without purchasing the shoes. He (the staff) was so annoyed, he slammed the (very expensive) shoes back in its box. I understand that this behaviour is not representative of Foot Locker staffs in general, and I do understand that it was crowded and staff was probably stressed and tired out by the influx of tourists coming into the store. Nevertheless, I'd thought I would highlight this because never in my life have I received such poor customer service. Furthermore, I am extremely upset at the way my little sister was treated.

BEST STAFF ever! I really recommend this store, they have the best selection of sneakers in town and best prices! Today I’ve bought 2 pairs of shoes that are basically sold out everywhere. And again, the staff is just wow

The staff was so friendly and helpful they make you feel welcome and are knowledgeable. Best foot locker experience!
