β β β β β I bought a jacket with cash, price 208 euros. I gave 220 to the woman, she counted and said "210, perfect" and gave me 2 euros back. I thought I misunderstood and the price was 218 but when I checked the receipt I saw 208. I went back to the shop and the same lady was not understanding me anymore but after I insisted she pulled out the 10 euros from her pocket and gave them back to me.

β β β β β It is a shop which is racial discrimination. The receptionist who serve us she is really arrogance. She has already done tax refund for us but just let us wait there until she served the local customer. She did not even talk to me and look at me when talking. Who the hell did she think she wasοΌAll customers are customers not distinguish by their skin and nationality. It is the worst experience that i have in Florence. The receptionist who served us is the one who wear ear stud full of the ear.

β β β β β Overpriced and useless. This is a place for tourists to get sports gear, and is priced as such. If you are looking for sports gear I would instead recommend Puma, only a few blocks away. Puma has better quality products for the same, if not lesser, prices than Universo Sport Duomo.

β β β β β Most of the items seem fake... A Vans t-shirt that usually costs 100 euros, here it costs 20... Very suspicious. Rude and non-helpful staff, you feel alone in the shop, you have to beg for help. Pay attention to what you are buying, it may not be authentic.

β β β β β Amazing selection of the latest sports gear, ranging from shoes to tracksuits, soccer and basketball jerseys, etc. You can practically find anything you are looking for.
The prices were the same as you would find in other stores around the area and in other major cities in Europe. It would not be fair to compare prices of certain imported products, mostly USA ones, in the US market to the European market.
Not everyone from the staff could speak English, but Fabio (seller) was fluent in English, super helpful and had a great chat with him.

β β β β β Super unfriendly staff. I asked for a shoe to try on. The lady searched for the shoes for about 10 minutes. When she finally found them and I had tried them on, but didnβt like them, she was getting rude und super unfriendly because I didnβt buy them.
Buy your stuff somewhere else unless you like being treated badly.
