Excellent experience, Michele very helpful and helpful, explaining me which rate for the house was the most appropriate. In 5 days the line was up and running. Recommended.

I had to give 3 stars because they are actually nice people when you visit their shop. Anyways it is impossible to comunicate with them by mail or phone. I can't visit your shop everytime I have a problem.

I'm hugely disappointed by fastweb services in Florence. I was their customer in Milan for 7 years and always satisfied but apparently they aren't very organized in Florence. I've been to the store 04/04/2022 and made a contract and everything was great. 15/04/2022 today and I still have to wait one more week. I must also mention the lousy technician that didn't come on the appointed day and hour when I actually took a day off waiting for him, the store had no idea where he was, instead he came on Saturday morning when the store couldn't have access to follow my process! Excuses for the whole mess : "the fiber technology is not supported in your building.","you had to change your technology and it takes time","oops Easter holidays ciao ciao. We're busy with egg hunting !" I displeasedly blame their lack of professionality, no respect for the customer time and satisfaction, no solutions in the moment of crisis, no apology of any kind for such a messed up situation, and generally no service management at all.
