Tutti loro molto carini, disponibilità sempre per ogni cosa possibili. L'altro giorno c'è stato un problema livello nazionale, sono tornata dopo perché mi serviva una ricarica, mahhh a qualcun'altro la cosa non e piaciuto, perché i terminale non andava e allora erano incapace di fare il loro lavoro... Vorrei soltanto che la gente capisca che dalle volte non è possibile fare nulla. A voi, grazie ragazzi e buon lavoro.
All of them very nice, always available for everything possible. The other day there was a national level problem, I came back later because I needed a recharge, mahhh someone else didn't like it, because the terminal was not working and then they were unable to do their job ... I just want people to understand that sometimes nothing can be done. To you, thanks guys and good luck.

Degli incompetenti: il servizio wind tre fa schifo e il personale del negozio non è assolutamente in grado di risolvere i problemi, ti dicono solo di chiamare il 159 (solo dal fisso, che io non ho quindi mi hanno detto di chiedere ai miei vicini !) , dove comunque è praticamente impossibile riuscire a parlare con un operatore vero. Una vergogna .
Of the incompetent: the wind tre service sucks and the shop staff is absolutely unable to solve the problems, they just tell you to call 159 (only from the landline, which I don't have so they told me to ask my neighbors! ), where however it is practically impossible to be able to speak to a real operator. A shame .

Professionali e preparati, senza l'assillo di dover convincere il cliente per forza. Esperienza molto positiva, soprattutto in relazione al negozio di via Martelli.

Tanto di cappello a questo centro wind ! Ho trovato professionalità e gentilezza. Sono entrato per una questione un po' complicata e gli addetti armati di pazienza me l' hanno risolta. Complimenti a Francesca, Norma e anche agli altri addetti !!! Ps : abito vicino e a questo punto non vi lascio più!

Not helpful at all! Went to check wether my card can not be activated. What he told me is just to wait for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month. And he can do nothing on my case.

Bought a pre-paid sim in Rome at the Wind store at Roma Termini for a week long trip for 35E for 20GB of data. I hop on a train to Florence and it works for about 20 minutes, and then I receive a series of messages from Wind welcoming me to their service and I suddenly have no data. I go to a Wind store in Florence and they tell me I have to give them 5E more to get 20GB more data, when I never used the first 20GB to begin with. Then, as if it was an option, they say I can go back to the store I bought it from if I have an issue, but they wouldn't do anything. HORRIBLE customer service, focused on ripping off foreign visitors. Use ANYONE else besides Wind if you are looking for a pre-paid sim for your travel.
