★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUSSTE LEIDER EINEN STERN GEBEN - DAS IST SCHON EINER ZUVIEL!!!! Bustour in Florenz ist eine reine Kathastrophe! Bushaltestellen nicht gut ausgeschildert, kaum zu finden. Die Kopfhörerbuchsen teilweise kaputt, oder falsch eingestellt. Durchgesagte Informationen viel zu wenig, manche an falscher Stelle und teilweise total unnötig/unwichtig. Dafür fehlen wichtige Informationen. Mitarbeiter total unmotiviert. aber das würde noch gehen NUR: Busse kommen einfach nicht (haben über 1 Stunde gewartet, obwohl der Bus normalerweise alle 30 min. fährt), keinerlei Informationen in der App. Im "Er-Finden" von Ausreden ganz große Klasse. NIE WIEDER!!!
MUST SUBMIT A STAR - THAT IS ALREADY TOO MUCH !!!! Bus tour in Florence is a pure catastrophe! Bus stops not well signposted, hard to find. The headphone jacks partially broken, or set incorrectly. Announced information too little, some in the wrong place and sometimes totally unnecessary / unimportant. There is a lack of important information. Employees totally unmotivated. but that would still work ONLY: Buses just do not come (have waited over 1 hour, although the bus normally runs every 30 mins), no information in the app. In the "he-finding" of excuses big class. NEVER AGAIN!!!
