Poi mi sento molto sicura comprando da loro, perché qualsiasi imprevisto succeda (mi sono già successe diversi in qst anni, come scioperi degli aeroporti, cancellazioni dei voli da parte delle compagnie, ecc incluso recentemente che mi sono trovata bloccata all'estero a causa della pandemia) loro mi hanno dato tutto l'appoggio necessario, mi hanno risposto alle chiamate fuori orario, durante la pandemia Daniela ha lavorato a casa sua per rimarcare il biglietto ecc. Sono molto professionale, gentili, ho piena fiducia di loro.
