★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linda took my sister and I on a fantastic aperitivo walking tour in Florence. We truly felt like we were out with a friend who knew all of the best local spots while sharing the history of certain areas! We tasted multiple wines and learned about them, had an unscheduled stop for gelato (any time is gelato time!) and then a drink and a light meal. While walking, Linda made a reservation for us at one restaurant and then walked us to another restaurant for dinner. The next day we had a delicious lunch at her friend's restaurant and *may* have spent time in a jewelry store Linda introduced us to. We even went back to buy chocolate she recommended - all amazing! 100% the best way to acclimate to Florence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We serendipitously met Linda from Italy Customized in Florence during one of her weekly (Friday) live Instagram talks in Feb 2022. She knows ALOT about wine, Tuscany and touring Italy. We returned to Florence in April 2022 and immediately reached out to Linda about a private day tour of Cinque Terre for our family of 4. Within a day, we were given a few tour options to choose from. Our tour was spectacular! Our guide, Doma, was amazing. Not only for her knowledge of the Cinque Terre area, but she took us hiking on “the trail less taken” heading mostly downhill, not uphill. This made all the difference for our non-hiking family!! We never felt rushed while taking in the breathtaking scenery, eating lunch or putting our toes in the sand. We made incredible family memories and this is a tour we will not soon forget. I highly recommend Italy Customized. We will be using them again and referring them to our friends and family who travel to Florence. Grazie Linda!

Our food walking tour in Florence, Linda was full of wonderful information about all the foods, wines, olive oils, everything we ate was a history lesson. Her personality was upbeat and cheerful, it felt like a family member showing us around. She answered every question we had, and we had many. We LOVE LINDA!!!

With her help, we created invaluable memories...and had opportunities to see parts of Italy that would have been otherwise unavailable to us - from a trip to Lake Como to spending time one on one with artisans in Milan to tasting olive oil and wine in Tuscany to a magical day in Cinque Terre to a cooking class with a brilliant chef in Florence. Every experience we had was top notch and we recommend Linda and Italy Customized to anyone looking to have a highly curated, special travel experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the San Lorenzo Market Tour in Florence with Linda and had such an amazing time! We try to partake in a food tour in every city we visit, and this ranked right up there with the best ones we done. Even though we were jet lagged, having just arrived the day before the tour, we had so much fun and tasted an amazing array of delicious food in the market. Linda was so kind and generous, and she was a fount of knowledge about the food, the market, and the city. We can't recommend her company enough!
