Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of interacting with the worse (a lady with long brown hair, probably in her 20s). Sometime it's not what you say, but how you say it, that can be truly insulting. I haven't been spoken to with such disrespectful manners I was shocked that she was Italian! Then her colleague rolled her eyes as my friend asked to buy a scarf! My friend, who is latina, felt like they were discriminating against her. Just a horrid experience not worthy of this brand. Even though I wanted to buy a belt, I felt like my purchase wasn't expensive enough for their staff to bother with me. Gucci, Montclair fantastic! Avoid this store if you appreciate feeling welcome.
h	hung ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in our sales lady. Asked for water and espresso for my wife and never brought it. People who didn’t even purchase anything got their drinks or coffee. Even the gentleman I was sitting and talking to, got his coffee and water. We ended up purchasing a few items and still no refreshments the entire time. Nor did our sales associate even asked if we wanted anything. I had to ask her. And still did not receive anything but the bill. Please LV, train your staff on being courteous and polite. It’s not difficult.

I get 5 minutes isn’t that bad except there was no one really in the store! I witnessed not only 1 person on the phone texting but 2. When I asked someone for help they said I’m sorry give me a second I need to get someone.. when I said you know what I’m good she ok have a good night. Wouldn’t recommend this store for anything!
r	rr boo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was dissatisfied with the employee's passive attitude. When asked to show me an item, I only showed four out of ten. The answer was yes or no. It was a short answer. It's a big complaint that you act like you're a luxury because you're selling luxury goods. Go to the Gucci store next to you. It's very very kind. I want to see one.If I do this, I'll take out 20 and show you.

I would still give it 3 stars because it is one of the better designed LV boutiques in Italy. Keeping the medieval architecture inside, makes the boutique stand out from the rest. Well done LV.

The woman that greeted us told us that there was a 15 minute wait to see a bag that was a metre away from us! My husband was going to buy me the bag but when other customers walked in after us and were served immediately we walked out. Not cool at all Louis Vuitton !!
