★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I both purchased leather jackets last March while visiting. Great experience and we love our jackets. My jacket needed a repair a few months ago. Luciano and his staff at NOI allowed me to return the jacket and they were able to repair it just like new. They give excellent customer service. Best place in Florence Italy to purchase leather. Simply beautiful items. Luciano and his staff are the best!

When going to Florence I knew I wanted a nice leather purse so I researched and viola- I found Noi in one of my travel books (shout out to Rick Steve!). My boyfriend and I were so happy with all of our purchases from leather jackets that feel and fit like nothing I’ve had before to purses on an incredible deal and wallets and belts that are great gifts to bring home. Luciano helped us from the beginning-hand picking jackets for both of our bodies and styles. He gave us amazing and very fair prices. Then recommended a couple places to eat and a shoe store (sister store of Noi) that we explored as well. Overall-you’ve gotta go to Noi if you want incredible leather goods!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly highly highly recommend! I bought 2 leather jackets here and both of them were picked out for me by Nino. I wore them both to work and people stopped me to ask where I got them. I have received tons of compliments on not just the look, but the feel. Truly the softest leather I have ever felt. They hemmed the sleeves for me and accommodated my schedule in every way to ensure I had time to pick up my jackets. Not only that, but they also added leather to the inside cuffs of one of my jackets because they though it would look cool if I cuffed the sleeves without exposing the lining. And they were 100% right!! I look expensive and put together in yoga pants by just adding one of these jackets. Absolutely amazing!!!

I have been looking for the right jacket for years and was recommended Noi while visiting. Nino and his team are welcoming, knowledgeable, and the kindest people you will ever meet. We had the pleasure of not only finding beautiful pieces to take back to the States but to get to know him and his passion for his work and life. If I ever need leather goods in the future, I will be contacting Noi first!

This is a family owned establishment that has been in business since 1911. I would highly recommend you visit. Next door he also has custom made shoes to your liking.

It’s like buying from family. If your family had super talented artisans!
I may have tried on every single jacket in that store, and not once did I feel pressured. In fact, the whole time I felt at home.
And the quality! I have never owned a jacket quite like this. You can tell it’s not a single season jacket, rather a piece of art you will keep and use for many, many years to come.

A shout out to Luciano and Nino who helped me pick out items that are timeless and practical!! I was able to buy gifts for my family too. The craftsmanship was superior and the best in Florence/Firenze. It can be overwhelming to find a leather store in Firenze but look no further as Noi is my top choice. I only wish this was my first store I went into before buying from other stores. They also have a sister shoe store- Goccia which is also the same as far as superb quality. Not once did I feel pressured into purchasing an item. But believe me you will want to buy everything in the store. I will definitely be back to shop again when I visit Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luciano is a very kind person & really took the time to help me get the purse w/ the specific characteristics I wanted. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
The selection at the store is quite remarkable. I wanted multiple pieces, so I’m definitely looking forward to his trunk show in New York City.
The emerald green purse is crocodile, €890. Very reasonably priced considering I would pay around 3-5k in USA.
He even helped us get a €95 VAT return on the purse. 10/10 recommend this shop
