β β β β β Could not have been more disappointed with the service here. I live in florence and had a friend visiting whose suitcase broke so she needed a new one. I only speak a little bit of Italian and they were beyond rude and the lady acted bothered any time we had a question while we were nothing but polite. Would not recommend whatsoever. Regret purchasing here. Terrible customer service!

β β β β β I needed an extra suitcase to take my purchases home. I happened upon this place and was delighted by the customer service experience in my broken Italian and the shop keeper's good English. Got a very nice lightweight superstrong Samsonite. Recommended.

β β β β β Needing an extra luggage, I passed the store and went into to take a look. I have a great experience here because of the good service of clerks. The shop keeper spoke English well, so that we could communicate with English, and got what we need by his introduction.
The store has free delivery service. (Tax refund com.: Global Blue. )

β β β β β Our luggage broke while we were visiting Florence and we wandered into this store by chance. They helped us pick out the luggage that was most affordable to us and had all the features we needed. It started to rain so they gave our luggage a mini poncho and called a free cab for us. They said they deliver the luggage and we might as well go with it to our hotel! What a great place :)

β β β β β My luggage broke on arriving in Florence and I was recommended this store by a friend of mine. They turned out to be extremely helpful, taking out more than an hour to fix my luggage and thereafter booking a cab for me, at their own cost, to take me back to the hotel. Besides having a great variety of luggage, their customer service and the helpful attitude of the staff made my visit to this store truly memorable. Would recommend to anyone visiting Florence. :)

β β β β β My old luggage bag was ripped off so needed a new one. The sales person, she is really nice and kind, showed every bag we requested to have a look. We also went to the other store where they were giving us 5% discount but chose to buy here instead. They also gave a taxi ride for free which we needed as it was raining
