★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stumbled upon this charming boutique while visiting Florence. The wide assortment of flats (and in so many colors!) and signs exclaiming "Life is short, buy the shoes" caught my attention.
Inside, I met Sam and Nic, the owners, and they are quite possibly two of the loveliest people you will ever meet. Their shop is a joyful place where you can dream up beautiful made-to-order flats or come in search of your "Cinderella" pair.
My Cinderella pair happened to be a gorgeous sparkly "Ponza" shoe that has been my go-to shoe whenever I need a bit of glamour in my life!
My collection of made-to-order shoes from VIAJIYU has grown to include three pairs of their "Como" flats which are absolutely the most comfortable pointed toed flats I have ever owned. I also have one pair of each of their modern loafers -- "Parma" and "Reggio"!
The shoes are extremely high quality, comfortable and STUNNING. If you happen to be in Florence- please swing by their shop-if only to say hello to Sam and Nic. And if you happen to be in the market for Italian leather shoes- these are ones you will have, and love, forever. If you aren't in Florence- check out their website- they often travel the globe with a trunk full of shoes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s almost impossible to say how much I love Viajiyu shoes + their owners Nic + Sam. I have 3 pairs of shoes + another 2 pairs are on their way to me after a “shoe party” on Sunday at my home. They will come to your house too! The Viajiyu web site is spectacular as are the designs. Nic + Sam are so warm + wonderful. They have a store in Florence right next to the Ferragamo headquarters. They also do two tours a year in the U.S. This year they are extending their tour for another 4 months. Their shoes are expensive but well worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my third pair of shoes since coming upon these craftsman when they in New Orleans. The first olive pair with oranges laces have been well worn and loved them so much I bought duplicates. Looking forward to more over the next few years. I always get such nice compliments on these shoes.. They are comfortable and a pleasure to wear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, really impressed by the quality of the goat skin leather, luxuriously soft yet very strong. Was impressed to be interacting directly with the owner as my wife tried on shoe sizes and discussed patterns. Both of us were very happy with the classic silhouettes. Highly recommend discerning ladies to come give this bespoke store a try in Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have four pairs of wonderful shoes from Viajiyu. They have always been more than I expected. I always feel like I am wearing twinkling stars on my feet. I first learned of Viajiyu when in Florence several years ago and walked into the cozy shop. Sam herself measured my size and discussed my options. I didn't order immediately, but did by email a few months later. Thank you to Sam and Nic for your loving care for your clients.

The quality is fantastic, the fabrics and leathers are amazing and so soft, and the personalized fitting experience led me to just the right shoes for me. I am a huge fan and wearer of flats and the Como flats from VIAJIYU are the most comfortable I have ever worn.
