★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clothing, not the friendliest people and don't have things shipped to the US. They forget to tell you that you pay customs - we would have waited. And it took ages to deliver even though they said it would be available in less than a week. PLUS it was missing a custom button on delivery and another fell off upon first wear. Repeated attempts contacting owners who said they were sending replacements over last few months AND NOTHING. Pretty poor customer service. Beware. There are other stores nearby that were much better all around.

When I walked into this store, there were three gentlemen who were very accommodating and as a result, I ended up having one of the nicest jackets I could find in Firenze. Their service was impeccable.

I highly recommend this place if you love high quality and are interested in exceptional fit. My daughter got this reversible antelope skin jacket - and she is difficult to buy for as she is so tall!
