Quello che posso dire è che trattano male ed umiliano il personale che si occupa delle pulizie del negozio, oltretutto non mettendolo in condizioni di lavorare adeguatamente.
For obvious reasons I have not purchased mine from them but have worked as a cleaner at the boutique for over a year. What I can say is that they treat badly and humiliate the staff who take care of the cleaning of the shop, moreover not putting them in a position to work properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About a week ago my husband walked into the store to have his Omega watch checked out, my daughter and I waited outside. He spoke to an associate, someone short, very tanned skin.. didn't have a name tag. All my husband wanted to know was why his watch was going slow, it always runs about 5 minutes late. He just asked for the watch to be looked at and this person didn't even get close to my husband and demanded 500 euro for it to be looked at without even touching it!
My husband also asked if the associate could properly show him how to wind the watch and this guy literally just said "you just wind it!" It's a different type of crown that doesn't get winded normally. Finally this associate touched the watch and tried to wind and said that the crown was loose. I understand that you want people to buy a new watch and not just repair it but if your costumer service is horrible no one will want to walk in the store at all!
