★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the standard Tiffany service you get around the world. Staff are far to busy talking to each other to offer any kind of service. Come back we are far to busy.....was my the response I received on two different occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice store with mostly friendly staff, but because I wasn't dressed in a suit and had a backpack, the security were constantly watching me. We went down the road instead and my wife spent several thousand euro in another store. Treat all your customers with respect, you don't know who you're dealing with based on how they are dressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I adored my experience here! I was fresh off of a 17 hour travel day with multiple flights so I was not at my best appearance and only wearing leggings and a tank top. Despite looking a bit like a train wreck the staff were incredibly kind. I was immediately greeted and shown the piece I was there to see along with others. I was offered water while I looked. It was only after they were writing up my invoice that they realized I’ve made several purchases at locations in the states so I can only imagine they treat everyone this way whether it is their first visit or they are a returning customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad service, very surprised with how little expertise the sales representative had - you would think this company hires professionals. Also they are totally unaware of how to provide information and listen to the client - almost feels like they show little interest in their customers unless you are buying something small and they know for sure you are going to get it right there - very bad brand representation.
Not the most recommended location for sure! I had a different experience in other location but this one was a surprise, a bad one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stellar customer service, as always, it's why every piece of fine jewelry I own is from Tiffany... I stopped in Tiffany recently because the chain on my beloved, 3-diamond necklace broke. Given that I wear it every day & it was a very special gift from my husband, I was bummed. By the time I left the shop I was in good spirts, having been treated so kindly & professionally by Federica. It will take about 10 days for the fix & the paperwork process was smooth & easy & in the meantime they did a quick clean of my diamond rings, too. I don't think -- US, Europe or elsewhere in the world -- I've ever received anything less than great service from Tiffany's (coupled with their wonderful products).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. The sales is really indifferent. I wanted to try wedding rings but she only showed me 2 styles. Actually I’d seen several beautiful styles of rings on Tiffany website. I would like to try more styles if rings but she said ‘no others’. What’s more, I tried one diamond ring with yellow gold and I asked her ‘ do you have it with white gold?’ and she said ‘no’. But when I was leaving the store I saw a white gold one in another counter!
