Made me wait outside while texting on his phone, then once I was inside he continued texting...once he finally decided to give me some of his "valuable" time he went on to ask me a few uninterested questions (didn't seem to know what an OP was...) and finally just told me he didn't have anything available. What an awful experience and total waste of time.

I also visited Omega at Venezia and the staff, nicely asked me to wait because there was an reservation with others. But this Rolex retailer is intolerable. I tried to enter 3 times and no one, for once, was even willing to open the door and explained to me like 'Sorry you have to wait outside a moment because........' I cannot expect worse attitude from any other who truly tring to sell something.
