★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza veramente bellissima e unica: sono entrato nella boutique Montblanc per la sostituzione di un evidenziatore e sono rimasto folgorato dalla roller limited edition dei Beatles. Non avevo certo l'idea di un acquisto così importante, ma la professionalità, la gentilezza, la disponibilità dello staff della boutique, in primis la signora Angela mi hanno letteralmene conquistato. Un ambiente in piena linea con lo stile top montblanc, una varietà di prodotti unica (già conoscevo il brand) e soprattutto un personale che coccola il cliente, lo fa sentire veramente al centro della propria attenzione. Il prodotto acquistato è veramente il non plus ultra. Anche nelle settimane successive sono stato seguito passo dopo passo, con la massima interazione con la signora Angela e soddisfazione: ribadisco, esperienza TOP, consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questa buotique. Il brand già di per sé è una garanzia, ma anche tutto il resto è di livello in piena linea con i prodotti.
Truly beautiful and unique experience: I walked into the Montblanc boutique to replace a highlighter and was struck by the Beatles' limited edition roller. I certainly didn't have the idea of such an important purchase, but the professionalism, the kindness, the availability of the staff of the boutique, first of all Mrs. Angela, literally won me over. An environment in full line with the Montblanc top style, a variety of unique products (I already knew the brand) and above all a staff who pamper the customer, making him feel truly at the center of his attention. The purchased product is truly the non plus ultra. Also in the following weeks I was followed step by step, with the maximum interaction with Mrs. Angela and satisfaction: I repeat, TOP experience, I highly recommend that you contact this shop. The brand in itself is a guarantee, but also everything else is of a level in full line with the products.
