★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest bartender I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I worked in a club for 9 years, so I’ve been exceedingly nice to staff at hundreds of bars. I’m still in disbelief at how RUDE, confrontational, and aggressive this woman was. She also refused to give me my change and kept the €2 for herself on my overpriced drink. Skip this place.

They're are some really nice reasonably priced places to go for a drink in Florence but this is not one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was okay, but pre-meal bread was a bit tasteless. Menu was all Italian with no English translation which would have been fine if the wifi worked and we could have used Google translate. However the printed wifi UN/PW resulted in "incorrect password". Lovely waiters and great wine though!
