★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I tried lampedotto. It is fantastic and cheap here - mellow, smooth fattiness (though there is not much fat in it.) Served with a salsa Verde. The service was impeccable too for a wagon.
Go do like the locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most famous food truck in Florence to have beef stomach burger. They have been selling it for over 100 years now and it indeed lives up to the expectation.
I was advised by my Italian friends to try it out and I must say I wasn't disappointed at all. It's really very tasty and delicious and it only costs 3€ which I think is a very cheap price for such an unique and delicious burger.
