β β β β β The old man who works in the store is very rude and nasty. I went in there to get a selfie stick. When I asked him for one, he said he did not have one. When I showed him one that was on the shelf, he picked it up and said it was no good. I asked him if I could see it or if he had one on display that I could see, he said no; and put the selfie stick back. I walked out the store, and found the same selfie stick on the display window. I turn around and saw the old man standing there. When I pointed out the selfie on display, he pretended that he did not understand English and walked away.

β β β β β I had a broken camera, with a lot of work to be done to work properly again. Not only that they fixed all the issues, but they made it all in a very reasonable and affordable price and they assure me that I won`t have any further problems with the camera. And till now, 2 months later they happen to be right. Hopefully my camera will work infallibly for the future!

β β β β β Husbandβs glass frames suddenly snapped in half on our way to Florence. We walked into the store, the staff immediately took care of us and found reasonably priced frames to work with his current lenses. In and out in twenty minutes. Can not say thank you enough. Ciao!

β β β β β Very Expensive! I bought a SD Card Lexar 1000x 128GB u3 and pay for it 119 euros!!! A steal! In others sites are around under 50 euros. Unfortunately we didnβt not found other site that sell that kind of memory in center of Florence. looks first in Media World, 3km of Florence.
The attention was normal and they have tax free for 10% of the ticket. Need the passport for this.

β β β β β I broke my lens while on holiday and needed a replacement, but am pretty new to lens shopping, so was nervous that I wouldn't find what I needed or I would end up buying something overpriced. That was not the case at all! The owner of this shop was so kind and helpful. He recommended me a secondhand lens that was a step up from my last lens, let me test the lens out on my camera, and gave me some tips about my camera too! It's been a week with my new lens now, and I love it!! It was so reasonably priced too - much less than a new lens of that quality, but works like new. I'm so happy with my experience here - I highly recommend it for tourists looking to replace or repair their cameras/parts on holiday.
