★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but terrible service. Rude waiters and not speaking English at all...it is a pity, because they loose customers that way. I hope they at least can be more polite and not forgetting/ mixing orders...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our second time in Florence. My husband really wanted to try bisteca fiorentina. We were drawn in by the warm greeting of the team. We were not disappointed, at all !! The food amazing and the service spectacular!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely restaurant with a really warm and kind owner. He was a wonderful host and went the extra mile to make our experience great. The food was fantastic and the wine was amazing. The chef even split up the dishes without being asked because we wanted to share. I'd highly recommend visiting here on your trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great lunch at Trattoria Ponte Vecchio. Perfect location and delicious meals. They offered a lunch menu that is really worth it for the price: T-bone Steak + Cold Cut Platter + House Wine. The wine wasn’t as good as the rest of the meal, will recommend to order another wine. The steak was superb, it comes with wedge potato’s and some veggies. Around 30€ / person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly some of the best food I have ever eaten. The staff are very friendly and all of the food was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, and my pork was delicious. Even the potatoes were so amazing. They have free WiFi and the bathrooms are even beautiful. Definitely worth a stop!!! Lots or gluten free options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the ravioli like pasta filled with cheese and pear. SO GOOD. Couldn’t finish though because too cheesy. The 600g beef was amazing too.
