★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry for only 3 stars: I came for 60min massage to get my shoulder fixed. Over five times I told her to focus only on my shoulder. No no she continued with legs and feets. This were NEVER real massage, but nice wellness, nothing more.. 60EUR was way to much for that. Sorry again!

Michaela (I'm sorry if I'm spelling that wrong) was kind and created an exceptional experience for me. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in after experiencing horrible lower back pain while visiting Florence. I was attended by Brie who was fantastic. Extremely professional, charming and very knowledgeable about the mechanics of my problem. I left feeling extremely relaxed and refreshed. If back in Florence I would definitely repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took “The ritual” last Friday and it became my most enjoyable experience in massage and spa here in Florence! Cristina, Brittany and others were so warm and welcoming, thank you!
I feel relieved, revived and full of energy again. Going there was totally worth it.
The ritual at Relax was a gift to myself after stressful exams and i am thankful to Relax team! They made it memorable and joyful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have already received several massages at Relax Firenze and each time does not disappoint. I’m partial to the 90-minute Deep Tissue Massage. And, women, I would highly recommend the belly massage. Yes, we are self-conscious about our bellies and I’m no exception. It is a healing opportunity to connect with our womb space, as sometimes we forget to acknowledge this area of our body. They took all of the necessary precautions to make me feel welcomed and safe during the pandemic. Once the pandemic is over, I am looking forward to checking out the other community and social gatherings they offer, especially for an Expat like myself. Again, I am looking forward to checking out their other services, including Reiki and Crystal Healing (as I am a practitioner), and the Himalayan salt room.
