★ ★ ★ ★ ★ agenzia gestita da giovani e dinamici dipendenti...tuttavia non sempre si riesce a risolvere in breve tempo anche piccole problematiche....penso dipenda più dalla "casa madre" che non dagli impiegati...
 agency managed by young and dynamic employees ... however it is not always possible to solve even small problems in a short time .... I think it depends more on the "parent company" than on the employees ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Deutsche bank store and asked for help, because the atm wasn't working. When I went inside the lady at the information point was incredibly rude! She didn't even try to help me, even though I explained my problem twice. She literally told me to go to another bank because she would not want to help me.
I'm really disappointed and angry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So rude and unhelpful even from the manager. Any non client getting larger amounts from ATM will get in all small bills and management is NOT accommodating in exchanging if you’re not a “client”. Don’t waste your time, I would never recommend and don’t plan to use in the future. Should have seen the prior reviews.
