Eravamo andati per parlare di rinegoziazione del mutuo, hanno cercato di venderci qualunque prodotto, senza per altro darci alcuna informazione sulla tipologia di rimodulazione: tasso, rata, durata, ecc... Piuttosto il consulente ci ha fatto intendere che per avere una delibera a nostro favore avremmo dovuto acquistare altri prodotti della loro banca per, cito testualmente, “dimostrare la nostra fedeltà alla banca” (fiducia totale, perché non ci ha fatto alcun preventivo di spesa). A questo aggiungiamo che ci ha anche lasciato intendere che se mia moglie non avesse spostato il suo conto sulla loro banca non avremmo avuto la rinegoziazione (mi domando se sia legale, sicuramente poco corretto). Infine il consulente non aveva nemmeno idea dei prodotti che ci stava vendendo perché alla richiesta di approfondimenti è rimasto vago e dava l’impressione di non sapere cosa dirci. Purtroppo li ho come banca, se riesco a spostare il mutuo li saluteró volentieri. Nella mia esperienza la peggiore banca con cui ho avuto a che fare.

Rather the consultant made us understand that to have a resolution to In our favor we would have had to buy other products from their bank to, I quote verbatim, "demonstrate our loyalty to the bank" (total trust, because it did not make us any cost estimate). To this we add that he also hinted that if my wife hadn't moved her account to their bank we wouldn't have had the renegotiation (I wonder if it's legal, certainly not correct). Finally, the consultant did not even have any idea of the products he was selling to us because at the request for further information he remained vague and gave the impression of not knowing what to tell us. Unfortunately I have them as a bank, if I can move the mortgage I will greet them willingly. In my experience, the worst bank I have dealt with.

Mar. 12.01.2021 un operatore della BNL di Via Cerretani 32r mi chiama per fissare un appuntamento relativo ad una surroga mutuo. Oggi 15.01 mi sono presentato all'appuntamento in perfetto orario e sono stato accolto da due impiegate, che piú scortesi e maleducate non si sarebbe potuto immaginare, dicendomi di non conoscere il dipendente con cui avevo l'appuntamento e che probabilmente era in un'altra filiale... A quel punto me ne sono andato.
... ma se non interessa a voi avere nuovi clienti... figurati a me.

Mar. 12.01.2021 an operator of the BNL of Via Cerretani 32r calls me to make an appointment relating to a mortgage subrogation. Today 15.01 I showed up for the appointment on time and was greeted by two employees, who could not have imagined more rude and rude, telling me not to know the employee with whom I had the appointment and who was probably in another branch ... At that point I left.
