N	Noel Arias Rico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelent location but the air conditioner smell was just disgusting. The room wasn't clean enough, though the suite was nice. Recommended to park in Royal Parking outside the city, they bring your car outside the B&B for free (€25 per night)
E	EB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Antico Center Hotel suite has all the qualities of a good lodging. The man who us very kind and professional. The clean and comfortable room. Includes safe and fridge. Located in the center of everything. It is perfect to go on vacation to get to know the city.

We had no problems and it was beautiful. The office I on the 4th floor, which wasn't clear when we first arrived but we figured it out! It was amazing and worth it. We went in early November and it was affordable but Italy was still beautiful. Highly recommend.

When I entered the building I was lost for a while because I didn't know where to go. The building has many offices and even a school. No where it said there was a hotel there. We went up stairs several floors until we found this little door and there it was. So the instructions were not very clear. The place is nice and clean. The breakfast is included and you eat at a community table. The room is big, modern and clean but the hot water did not work. Ok for a night or two where you only go to sleep.
F	Fotini Rassia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying in one of the front rooms and were quite surprised by the noise pollution from the hallways as well as the dining/breakfast area. Walking past other people's rooms, you could hear TVs/conversations which doesn't instill much confidence in the way of privacy. Also, streams of light was coming through the door which was less than ideal. Breakfast wasn't included, it was an extra 12 euro per person. The only positive was the location, it was very central. Would I stay at this place again? Probably not.
S	Siegfried B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for two nights, visiting the beautiful city of Firenze and our only stop this summer in Tuscany. Our ancient Center Suite was a beautiful suite with a large bathroom and a main room divided into two parts by the large headboard of the bed. The main room was comfortable and large, including a nice salon. The bathroom was very well equipped with a nice jacuzzi and a very good shower. The main room was extremely well isolated: it was at the busy Piazza Della Repubblica where they play music until quite late, but this did not reach the main room. Beware that in Covid-times, the reception is nearby in another building. The building itself is a very stately historical building with a good elevator.

When I was in transit in Paris, they informed me that my card had declined (I had made the booking months previously and the card had expired and was replaced). I informed them that I had another card I could give them immediately but they said they had already given my room away. I was flying into Florence at 10pm at night for one week with no accommodation. They were unapologetic and made no effort to help me. I had to book somewhere 30 minutes out of the city at twice the price.
