โ โ โ โ โ I always like to browse through an Apple store if I find one on my travels. This one was spacious and nicely air conditioned, and built into the facade of an old building so it fitted beautifully with the piazza in which it is located. The store was busy and there seemed to be less staff available than most Apple stores I have visited. As with Apple in general, the prices were quite high - but you get what you pay for. I didn't buy anything on this occasion but it was a great store to browse and had a good range of products.

โ โ โ โ โ Awful! Because itโs an American company, I expect US CUSTOMER SERVICE. Italian people donโt know what that is. I bought it online instead... I Changed phones no more IPhones for me.

โ โ โ โ โ Wanted to go into the store as I'm considering moving from Windows to Apple. It was chaos at the door and I was rudely told I needed to book an online appointment to enter.
If a company wants to make it this difficult to buy one of its (expensive) products then they shdn't be surprised if people decline to do so.

โ โ โ โ โ Great store in a great city! The staff is amazing and very helpful, whatever one asks them. You'll obviously find whatever you need when it comes to Apple products and a lot of compatible accessories

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful Apple store, was honestly one of the prettiest ones Iโve been to! Great staff. Of course, since itโs Apple you should expect the prices but the staff will help guide you towards your needs so you will spend less money on things you donโt really need.

โ โ โ โ โ Rubbish service even though not busy and plenty of staff. I asked to see a sales agent when I arrived. After 10 minutes someone said I would be next. I started to look at the phones. I noticed people just arriving were being served. I walked out after 40 minutes

โ โ โ โ โ As of April 27th 2022 when we are no longer in the emergency state in Italy and the Covid restrictions are being lifted up one by oneโฆ I was told I had to wait half an hour for being able to enter the store to buy a miserable simple pair of headphones when the high-ceilinged huge store was CLEARLY empty of customers in the middle of the day!!!
@Apple could you explain in what way this would help you have more success or reputation?!? you make no sense!!!
