 Incompetent yet rude, the lady has an arrogant demeanor and is very aggressive if she finds it better to play on her cell phone than to help buy a pity phone that tim keeps this guy from unprofessional yet envious people for other tim centers. Not recommended at zero stars but unfortunately you have to put one

β β β β β Very rude staff. Expect to be ignored. If you are English speaking, it is tough to communicate with some workers. We thought they were mean because we do not speak Italian but other Italian customers were just as angry with them.

β β β β β The worst salon I've been to. Rude staff. if you donβt speak Italian, they treat you as if you owe them money. Not competent. Ignoring, distracted by a conversation with each other serving visitors. Disgusting service. Unfortunately this salon was the closest to my hotel.

β β β β β The representative with long brown hair and glasses is rude and unhelpful. She does not explain anything then gets annoyed when you ask a question about a purchased service. Another patron told us that sheβs had horrible network service and received no help.

β β β β β Visited the store had them check to see if my iPhone was unlocked and the man said it was. So I paid for a SIM card. However my phone didnβt work I came back the next day and a different person told me It wasnβt unlocked. They didnβt tell me it was locked until after they put the sim in so I was forced to pay for something I canβt use! Owner said thanks to this review not sorry, very frustrating
