I asked her several questions (e.g. in which countries can I use your service if I bought a sim card from you?) in which the response was all "I don't know". The staff member didn't bother to find out any further information or help in any way. Disgusting.

I bought a SIM card and data and was told it would be active in 4-5 hours. 24 hours later it still did not work. Went back to the store and was told that the sim card was not even activated! They said their 'servers were down overnight'. Complete scam!
L	Lesia Mykhailenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While getting their promotion offer faced a fact that I need to sustain without telephone during 1 week, plus following their instructions make a shady deal with Poste Italiane. Unfortunately, they told me I can not recall back my signature on the contract and decline the deal. I can not think about all the staff of this "3 store" except as the cheaters.
А	Ангелина Селезнёва on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst tre shop I've ever been to. I changed 2 SIM cards and I always had and have problems. Extra money are taken with no reason , NOONE in the shop don't know anything! One person says one thing, another one says absolutely another thing, I had a problem which no one told me about for a couple of months , they just said "I don't know" however, when I came with Italian speaking person and stayed there for around one hour, just then they started to search for the problem. I go there every month and I'm fed up with it. I don't recommend this operator in Italy and I definitely don't recommend this particular shop in Florence. As the staff don't work as they should and the money are always disappearing.
I	Iris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been studying abroad for more than one month at this point and just like most reviews about this location, I’ve just experienced a scam by one of the female workers. I never write google reviews but this is worth noting: I paid 35 euros (25 + 10 for the “activation fee”) for 30gb of data over two months mid-January. *(if review is too long) tip: KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!! While in Rome for a trip, after one month, my data goes off and I check the Tre store there to see what’s wrong and the worker tells me that the plans are only for a month. So when I came back to Florence, I went to the store and pretended to be a tourist (new to the store inquiring about what sims they had) and the lady confirmed that it was €35 for two months. I proceeded to ask why my data wasn’t working after only one month and pulled out my receipt which stated the date and payment. And she tried to make-up by saying that she didn’t know why, maybe I only paid €25 or the plans have changed only now to two months. She ended up giving me what I paid for, another month of data which was basically the extra €10 I initially paid. Honestly the extra star in this review is for the decent speed of data I’ve experienced but it’s one star otherwise.

I have two cables now that I bought from China for a dollar each, both of which have been functioning perfectly for almost two years and counting. Edit: And one star for an amazing reply by the customer service. I must have struck the owner’s fragile ego which rests more upon his splendid iPhone cables than his ability to spell his customers’ names right.
S	Sienna Cervi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE! If you are a tourist don't buy your SIM card from here. I went in because i thought it was a very legitimate store which would not scam me, however this still happened. I went in and asked the woman if she spoke English (I don't have the Italian vocabulary to sort this out so I wanted to speak English), I got a very rude reply of yes. I then asked about getting a SIM for that I could use for 3 weeks with lots of data. She told me that for 30GB it would cost €40. I decided to go ahead with it and she told me it would be active the next day. Next day it started working, perfect. Then 3 days later suddenly I had no data. Luckily I had someone to properly translate the messages I got from Tre and I apparently had no data, €40 down the drain. I unfortunately was not going back to Florence so I couldn't go back to ask for my money back or for them to give me what I paid for. Absolute scam please don't waste your money here and go somewhere else. Only positive was that when I was in Rome the Tre store was super helpful and gave me the offer the Florence store told me about for €20 (which I was happy to pay to feel a bit safer in cities I was unfamiliar with)
M	Mr. Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 3 Store is very near my house, and I am a regular customer of this store because the oparetor of this store is so kind and believel, his good behaviour and onesty all customers are so happy. I wish his good success,..
