We had a tour in Ausgust 2020 We had a great time in accademia , Duman was professional an helpful. He took care of us till we got in the museum. Highly recommended with the good guide Claudio who is really knowledgable

Took an e-bike tour of Florence with Maria. The bikes (fat bikes) are in need of maintenance as the brakes are almost gone. The e-bikes were cool to use as the motor makes pedaling easy. Maria seemed to know her history and provided lots of interesting info. She was very pleasant but didn't provide us with her name until halfway through the tour (we had to ask. We introduced ourselves). We biked through the town centre, the "rich" part of Florence, Michelangelo square and signorina square. Hopefully you're not scared of vehicle and pedestrian traffic; an evening tour is more manageable. The tour lasted about 2 hours, with a quick ending back at the shop. Overall we enjoyed it (we love cycling) but the bikes are in serious need of maintenance and we're not sure our guide was a "bike person".

Unfortunately, I cannot rate any tour here even though I have booked and played for one, because our never took place for us. We booked it online through Airbnb and received a confirmation. When arriving at the meeting point, we were first ignored for a while then when we explained that we had a tour booked we were told that they did not have any tickets for the museum anymore. We agreed on cancelling it then through the application Airbnb but the employees did not want to confirm me the cancellation somehow they just had send us away and said they would do it for sure immediately. After 1,5 hours I still did not receive any cancellation for the paid tour so we returned back to the tour office and were ignored again for a long time. Then different staff members told us different excuses why nobody had managed our cancellation yet. We felt like idiots who were talking to people that obviously just wanted to mess with you and keep your money. You do not have to have much empathy or people knowledge to see if someone is lying to you and trying to make an easy business with you. You see the bad intention in some people's faces, especially when they do not look you in the eyes when promising something. Or just leave the room....They acted highly unprofessional. They tried to send us away without any proof for the cancellation. I had to insists a lot on a confirmation written down by them. They did not even want to sign it in the first place. For me, this is common sense. So after some discussions they promised to initiate the cancellation through the Airbnb app and that we would receive our money back (100 Euros) within 24 hours. After some days have passed we contacted the tour guide directly several times. No response. NOTHING. Nothing moved or happened after 2 weeks so I had to contact Airbnb directly. After a month then Airbnb managed to send us a confirmation for the cancellation which was finally done by the tour provider. I am still waiting for my money but at least somebody helped here. This company is not trustworthy nor professional. We felt like they tried to trick us in a bad way. When you run out of tickets, fine! That can happen with a busy business but respect people who have paid for a service they never received because of your fault. They invested time in you without any outcome. be understanding. At least show some customer orientation when working with customers. Trust and accountability is the key here, or do not run a business with tourists. It is that easy. We have given you some many chanced to undo your mistake but after a month of running after my money and you not reacting I have to leave this feedback here to warn people of what they could probably expect here. Disappointment and frustration for something that should be a great experience.

They canceled it at the last moment. We were im the cab heading towards their meeting point and they canceled it before 30 mins. Unprofessional behavior

Very good service. We had booked an Uffizi tour and a Baptisery tour with 72 hour tickets to the rest of the attractions in the main square and it was beyond expectations. They delivered what was promised and more, this is a serious agency. Our guide Vera was great too. I would definitely book tours with them in the future.

Pay the extra money and go with another airbnb experience. Overall a poor experience and not worth it. First, I showed up promptly at 4:45 pm for the 5 pm tour, then they tell us it’s going to start instead 6. What? The guide was knowledge but as dry as the desert. Felt unenthusiastic , no passion and felt like he was there just because he had. Honestly, i wish I went with another company and not My Green Tour. Feels like a scam as I read on other Google reviews too now. Stay away.

We were very happy and pleased with the the service of Mr. Giacomo during our night walk in Florence. Has very good knowledge about his work. We were given a very in depth tour of Florence. And the best part is even though we were late he was more than happy to accommodate us. Bravo.

Small group tour of 7 Customers plus knowledgeable and entertaining guide on Dec 27, 2021. Enjoyed the bike tour, reason for 2 star was poor performance of the pedal assist bike, which failed to work up hills (just when you need it). Good thing I'm an experienced road bike rider and could pedal the very heavy bike up the long hill to Michael Angelo Plaza. Brakes were not good either. Advice: don't get the orange and blue bike. Problem was I told the shop of the issues after the ride and watched them put the bike back in with all the others. They didn't seem to care about Customer concerns. Good luck!
